The Dark Side of Wonderland Presented by Lady B

Hi, all!  Lady B here to show you my creepy cute vision of Wonderland.  I've made two projects to share today.  I hope you enjoy the scenes!

Wonderland is NOTHING without Alice.  In my version, Alice has definitely changed.  How?  You'll see!  Click on image to enlarge.

It seems as though a random Zombie must have been roaming around Wonderland, got a bit peckish, and took a wee bite out of Alice.  Her complexion has definitely changed as well as what she likes to eat at tea time!  I used "Alice Revisited digi stamp" drawn by Rick St. Dennis MFA.  The image was coloured digitally in PSE8.  Be sure to check both Zibbet and Etsy for more of Rick's wonderful images.  BTW, for those across the pond, if you purchase from the Zibbet shop you can avoid the VAT!

The spiders, skulls and bones are from the "Edgar Allan Poe" digi kit made by "Crystal Rain" and purchased from "Mischief Circus". The background paper, lanterns and tree stump with checkered base were from a digital kit "Down the Rabbit Hole" made by "Holliewood Studios" and purchased from "Mischief Circus".  Everything was assembled in PSE8.

Round 2.  This doesn't feature an actual Wonderland character, but I think "Cabaret M C for Lady B" would make a great addition for tea time entertainment!  Click image to enlarge.

Once again, "Cabaret M C for Lady B" was drawn by Rick St. Dennis MFA and was coloured digitally in PSE8.  All other images and the sentiment were from the "Down the Rabbit Hole" digital kit made by "Holliewood Studios" and purchased from "Mischief Circus".  Everything was assembled in PSE8.

I'm sorry if my scenes aren't scary enough for the Airless Chambers blog, but they are a bit too extreme for the Sparkle and Glitter blog. I figured AC would be the best place to post my work.

Be sure to check out the fabulous coloured images that are being coloured by several folks in blogland and on Facebook.  Many in Rick's Facebook Fans and Friends group were lucky enough to score free images to colour.  The freebies are gone, but you can see the fabulous images by clicking here.  More images are being added daily.  Remember, membership has its privileges!

Don't forget to play along with the Progressive Challenge part 2 using "Mr. Tea".  You still have a few days to play along!

Thanks for looking at my work!

Progressive Challenge Part Two Finale

Well my little chick-a-dees, how's the month of  June treating you all so far?
It's been a mixture of sunshine, showers, high winds, cool temperatures and hail so far in this corner of the world intermixed with blazing hot humid days.  In my neck of the woods, it is not uncommon to need to turn on the furnace in the morning and to turn on the a/c in the afternoon during our so called spring.  Summer is but a dream.

Dreaming up some more inspiration using our image of the month, Mr Tea, is what the members of Team B have been doing for your delight. Scroll onto the Sparkle and Glitter blog if you want to miss my waffle and have a look.  Any entries this month not featuring the image will, unfortunately, be disqualified.

Team A started the month's Progressive Challenge and you can go look at that post here if you are so inclined.  In that post you were invited to email Monique for your freebie if you had taken part in May's part one of the challenge. If you haven't done so already - get your skates on.  This is the half way mark before the winner of that free digi (of your choice) is chosen.

What a choice that winner is going to have to choose from!! Have you seen the new images that have hit the Zibbet store so far this month? WOW!! I think Rick has been working overtime. Do yourself a favour and check out the shop.

The tag challenge hosted by Rick in May has gone into tie-break mode. Poor Rick couldn't choose between the three finalists and therefore has laid down a further challenge to get one outright winner. You can check this out over in our facebook group. There'll be a small prize for anyone else that wants to take up the gauntlet. Here's what Rick has to say....

One amazingly wonderful ATC card-standard 2.5 x 3.5 inch size-it must have a moving part-a pocket with a surprise in it and one other knock out element of your choice-one side must be bright and cheery and the other side dark and spooky-you must use at least ONE of my digis or Rubber stamp images on the card you will have until June 21 to post your entry I will announce a winner on the 22nd...Good Luck Ladies!
Anyone who thinks they can outshine the top 3 is welcome to submit an entry following the above rules I will have a prize for NON_FINALIST entries (that's anyone other than Nan-Mo and Helen) but only the top 3 will be considered for the custom digi prize-Thanks

Are you up for this challenge as well?

Anyway - on with the are my makes using Mr. Tea.

Can you tell I had fun playing with Mr. Tea?
Mr. Tea was coloured in PSE 8.  I added extra highlights to him for the last two projects.
My pieces also utilize digital paper and elements from "Holliewood Studio's" "Down the Rabbit Hole" digital set which can be purchased from "Mischief Circus".

Mr Linky is still up top on his own tab on the Sparkle and Glitter blog- just so no one has to scroll through miles of other posts to find him, click HERE.
Have fun!
