It's time for another Smudgy Antics weekly challenge. This week's theme is "Mourning Glory". Here is my take on the theme:
This first one is actualyl an old project I made, but I loved it so much I had to give it another look. I used "Holy City" from Smeared Ink and colored everything with copic markers. I don't remember my paper brand on this one.
My second project below uses Smeared Ink's "Death Cab" digi stamp set. I colored it in photoshop and erased the backgound. I then put it in this awesome winter scene from Itkupilli and added the "Forever" sentiment (also from the death cab set). I am so in love with this set! It is so elegant!
Be sure to check out the Smudgy Antics blog for more inspiration from the DT. If you're not a member of the Smeared and Smudged Forum, you should check that out too! There are many great challenges and a fabulous group of diverse artists and crafters.
Cheers!
