Welcome back! Today we are on day 14 of Smeared and Smudged's 31 Days of Halloween. I'm glad to see we still have followers hanging around. I was afraid we would have worn you gals out by now! Today I present a simple, but cool card. It literally only took a few minutes to create. For this one, I busted out my Ranger Alcohol Inks and dabbed them onto a sheet of transparency. Once dry, which only took moments, I stamped my pumpkin and bats (Inkadinkado) in black Archival Ink. I mounted the transparency onto yellow cardstock (which doesn't show well with my poor lighting). The yellow background helped to bring out the yellows and oranges of the alcohol ink. This same technique can be used with glossy cardstock rather than transparency, but I just happen to like the look of the transparency better. I further mounted my project onto generic black cardstock. Sorry about the uneven edges. My cutting skills are not the best.
