Here is my contribution for Day 3 of the 12 Days of Creepmas blog hop hosted by Smeared and Smudged. Click image to enlarge.
I will attempt to get a better picture tomorrow when all my paint is dry. I made a canvas using "Iceplug Pottersnatch Creepmas Snowperson digi stamp" from Rick St. Dennis MFA's Etsy shop. Rick also has a lot of Creepmas and Cute/Traditional Christmas images in his Zibbet shop as well. As a matter of fact, the Zibbet shop has over 900 images!
I will list colours and such later. Iceplug was coloured with Copic markers and fussy cut. I coloured the cut edges with black marker. The canvas uses a handful of DecoArt Multi-Surface Satin Acrylic paints, Weathered Wood Crackle Medium, primer and sealer, sponge paint daubers, various DecoArt Stencils (Mod and Safari) as well as the cardboard from a toilet tissue roll. I added Snow-Tex through one of the stencils for dimension and sprinkled DecoArt Glamour Dust over the wet product. I'm waiting for this to dry so I will take a new pic after I've had my morning caffeine.
In addition to the DecoArt products, I also used a Stampers Anonymous Spiderweb stamp with Jet Black Staz-on ink and glued on a wooden snowflake for added interest.
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Hopping!
