Simply Betty's Facebook Fan Page has monthly freebies that can be requested for a limited time each month. The stipulation is you MUST make a project with the image and link it up to Betty's blog. Challenges run from the 13th to the 13th. If you do not use the image, you lose your chance of getting the next freebie OR you can purchase the freebie and be allowed to play in the next challenge. I think I got that right, but check here to be sure about the rules.
The August 13th-September 13th challenge used the Witch Mercedes and the theme was Halloween Colors and Anything Goes Halloween.
