Easter's on its way!

Easter will be here before the end of the month.  Are you ready?  Will Peter Cotton Tail be hopping down your bunny trail?  It's time for me to send some cards to the nieces and nephews who will not be in town for the holiday.  I don't like to make traditional Easter cards.  Heck, I don't like to make any traditional cards.  I've always been a bit different.  Just ask my mom.  She will tell you I'm the "strange one" in the bunch.  Anyway, this is as close as I can get to making a cute card:

I used the wonderful Rick St. Dennis image "Creepster Girl Deirdre".  She has been colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  Originally, I was going to put her on a wickedly cool tag I made, but I printed her way too big to fit.  I couldn't let this adorable girl in her Sunday's best go to waste so I whipped up a Clean and Simple card to display her and her bunny.  Some may think this gal is creepy, but she makes my heart feel all warm and fuzzy.  For you alternative stampers and scrappers, this is the perfect Easter image for you so I encourage you to buy her.  How can you resist that adorable face?

If you like images that are on the cute or traditional side, Rick has those in his shop too.  He has something for everyone!  You should check out Rick's Facebook Friends and Fans page and his blog for a lot more inspiration.  Also, this is the last fortnight of the Sparkle and Glitter with Rick Challenges so be sure to play.

Be sure to come back to visit later in the week.  I have a few tags to share using more of Rick's images.  I even went out of my comfort zone and made a pretty tag (gasp!) so you must be sure to see this rare event.
Cheers!
