Day 8 of the 13 Days of Creepmas

I'm Lady B.  Welcome to my blog!
As most of you know, I am involved in three Creepmas hops at the moment.  All of the information about the Creepmas hops and prizes can be found in the links below and the full Blog Rolls for each hop are posted in my left sidebar.

The 13 Days of Creepmas, the Official Site (Day 8)

If you are following the Rick St. Dennis hop, your next stop is  Pauline's blog.  The RSD hop has prizes so be sure to check out Rick's  original blog  and his  "airless chambers blog" for details.  This hop goes live at Midnight PST.

If you are following  The Official Creepmas hop, your next stop is  "Something Wicked this way Comes".

The Smeared and Smudged hop  resumes tomorrow, the 9th,  at 9 am PST, but if you are still hopping from yesterday,  your next stop is Carolyn.

Here is my offering for today:

The background is a photo I took in Galena, IL.
The zombie images are digi stamps from Rick St. Dennis.
Everything was colored and assembled in PSE8.
I added Santa hats to the Zombies and added some snow to make my scene more festive.
Perhaps later I will try adjusting the color or I may add some light effects.
For now, I'll call it good enough.  Hopefully I will have something better for your eyes tomorrow.

  1. Now who doesn't love a good zombie. I said to my hubby this morning guess what I dreamed about last night and he and the kids shouted zombies haha x

  2. at the moment I'm reading a story by Garth Nix and this creation would be a perfect illustration for that book, it's terrific

  3. This is terrific! Love your background photo and the snow and sentiment and zombies really magically transform it into "CREEPMAS"!

  4. LOVE when you combine images with your own photos! Trust me, I'm NOT going down that path. Yikes! xxD

  5. Wow!! So fun and creepy, and...FANTASTIC!!!! I'm with open mouth here lol. Love it
    Hugs Nat

  6. really fun and fantastic-your rich colours and sense of texture makes all your images fascinating so never worry about one not being enough-they are eye feasts...FAB!

  7. LOL I just wanna run fast away from the screen today, Brilliant creation, Hazelxo

  8. this is so very cool, love what you did to the zombies

    well done!!!!

  9. Fab card Lady B Funny layout with the "friendly" zombies! Lol. Greetings, Caroline

  10. Such amazing work as always, Lady B I love the combining of a real photograph with the fantasy - very cool. Awesome colouring. Love and Peace, Vee xx ps the awful shrink plastic was grafix. I think it is a reasonably good name for art and craft supplies but that shrink plastic was the pits. I have used any old kind before and not usually too bad but I made a few things and that tag/ charm was the best! so imagine the rest!lol xx

  11. I love love love the zombies! Neat composition too!

  12. LMAO, oh my gosh! loving these festive zombies stumbling along in the snow. Fabulous card!

  13. Great scene and good that you could use your photo for the zombies! =)
    Hugs, Elenor

  14. No-one does Zombies like you do - love when you "do your thing" on them. A treat for us all xx
