3 Creepmas Hops and Smudgy Antics Weekly Challenge

I'm trying to shorten my blog posts as much as possible.  Today's posting will include 3 Creepmas Hops and my DT piece for Smudgy Antics Weekly Challenge.

All of the information about the Creepmas hops, challenges, and prizes can be found in the links below and the full blog lists are posted in my left sidebar.
Smudgy Antics Weekly Challenge, theme "Alter Something", no cards allowed.
The 13 Days of Creepmas, the Official Site.

My Smudgy Antics Challenge piece is also my Day 2 piece for The 12 Days of Creepmas with Smeared and Smudged.

I found an old, overly cute wooden Christmas ornament and decided to give it a Creepmas makeover.  I started with a base coat of white paint then stamped various Smeared Ink rubber stamps with a combination of inks.  The top image uses the Heart from the "Candy is Dandy" set and texture marks from both Quoth the Raven and Inky dreams.  The heart is colored with Copic markers, everything else is ink.  The second picture uses the Heart from "Quoth the Raven" and once again I colored with copic markers and inked splotches and hash marks with Inky Dreams and Quoth the Raven, all from Smeared Ink. The zombies are from my zombie bowling set and are just there to hold the ornament in place and to help disguise the fact that I suck at altering items. The Smeared Ink rubber sets are retired unless you are a member of Smeared Ink's Rubber Club in which case you can get all the rubber goodness.  If you are following the Smeared and Smudged Hop, your next stop is Carolyn.

Next up is my project for Day 3 of the 13 Days of Creepmas for the Official hop as well as Day 3 of the 13 Days of Creepmas with Rick St. Dennis.

I made a tag using Rick's "This is for You" digi stamp.  I hand colored the image with Copic markers, fussy cut him, and glued him to the tag.  The tag has loads of Dylusions inks as well as a few random stamps with Opaque White and Metallic Silver Staz-on inks.  A few random fibers and I called it done.  If you are hopping the Rick St. Dennis hop, your next stop is Pauline.

If you are following the official Creepmas hop, your next stop is "Something Wicked this way Comes".

Phew!  That was a long post!  Tomorrow's post will be much shorter.
  Thanks for stopping by!
