I used Smeared Ink everything for this card!

The background is from Smeared Ink's "Holy City" digi set

The baby is from the "Babies of the Damned" digi set

The ripped open corpse is from the "Gross Anatomy" digi set

and the Tasty is from the "Mistresses of the Dark" digi set.

Everything was colored and assembled in PSE8.
