Today's project is a bit gruesome...even for me.  I'll blame my illness for my twisted design.

I found this cool operating room pic here.  I added images from Smeared Ink's digital sets Creepers, Gross Anatomy, and Mad Science.  The brain in the jar is from Smeared Ink's Babies of the Damned digi set, the eyeball jar I made myself, and the sentiment is from Smeared Ink's Zombie Pinups digi set.
