Hello lovelies, it's time for the Smeared and Smudged Member blog hop.  So this month we decided to keep it simple, well that's what we thought anyway. Here is what we decided... " This time our theme will be: Orange. Incorporate the color orange into your project, or make an all orange project."  Sounds simple really, right?  Well for those of us who don't use orange in our normal day to day project making it could turn out to be quite a challenge.  I personally LOVE orange and have incorporated it into many projects.  Here are some past projects I have done.

This first one uses smeared ink's "holy city" stamp set.  Colored with copic markers and mounted on Memory Box paper.  The "lost without you" sentiment is from Smeared Ink's "carnies" stamp set.

My second project uses Smeared Ink's "nymphs" stamp set.  The background is distress ink applied directly from the pad to clay paper.  The nymph was then stamped with brown staz-on ink and I added leaves with copic markers.

Now for a new project!  This is an altered tin I made (thanks, Kathi, for the RAK!) using 7 gypsies paper, a simply betty stamp from her halloween emo collection, copic markers, and distress ink in rusty hinge and black soot.  Adhesive: Modpodge.  Final coat: diamond glaze.  Ribbon around the edges with a tiny metal key and lock embellie.  Oh...the bats are from Itkupilli.  My computer keeps crashing so I'll add the links later if my computer will allow.

Here is the hop list.

Thanks for stopping by!
